Derek Bell, CPA - Managing Partner
Derek Bell, MBA, CPA is a Managing Partner of Kendrick Williams Group Inc. which was founded in 2017. Mr. Bell enrolled at the University of Louisville and completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. After graduation, he enrolled into Indiana Wesleyan University and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Accounting.
Derek has over 20 years of diverse corporate and public background in financial reporting, regulatory accounting, cash & liquidity management, strategic planning and corporate accounting within the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, restaurant, and energy sectors.
He has served on the Boards of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) Greater Louisville Chapter, Alpha Lambda Education Foundation, St. George’s Community Center, Operation Brightside Foundation, and Louisville Urban League Young Professionals.
He is a current member of the Kentucky Society of CPA’s, (KYCPA), American Institute of CPA’s, (AICPA) and the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). He is also a Lifetime member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.
Kendrick Williams Group’s Bookkeeping Approach
We start the process with an in depth interview and analysis of your bookkeeping and reporting needs. After the initial meeting we develop a customized bookkeeping and reporting system. Kendrick Williams Group utilizes QuickBooks online so each client will have quick access to vital reports from the client’s phone, tablet, or computer. The online feature will allow the client to make quick decisions on the go.
Kendrick Williams Group will also be able to assist your company if you currently already have, systems and controls in place but need help with QuickBooks.
